-Please note, the only changes to the lease from the previous year are:
1. Term. New language allows it to roll over into a new one-year term so that we don't need to sign leases and addendums every year. I ran this by our lawyer.
33.A.2. and 37. Laws changed, and rent notices must be served at least 90 days prior to the rent increase. Lease renewals must be served more than 60 days prior to the end of the current lease term.
9/10. These have updated language regarding how many smoke and CO detectors are required in each cottage. The Cottages have the legal number, but the numbers noted in the previous lease were incorrect.
